My introduction to CranioSacral Therapy was through Waldorf Education. My son's school in North Idaho suggested he have some cranial work during his first grade year, in 2005. I knew in his initial session, there was something special happening...and that my life was going to be changed by it!

It was suggested that he was on the spectrum and had specific issues he was working with, and after 3 sessions, it was miraculous to witness him, over the course of 2 hours, come into his body. He never went back out. He related differently; he even looked different!

In 2006, I attended CS1 in Missoula, and kept going!

When I began this journey, I worked as a somatic-based coach, and trained extensively in energy healing modalities for years. My tracking on the body was amplified through a deeper understanding of anatomy, kinesiology and pathology after moving to Southern Oregon and attending massage school. Many pieces then fit together. After nearly 20 years, my love and appreciation for this work continues to deepen and grow. I feel I am always learning something new through the people who come to see me. This is a never-ending and alive modality!  

My Skills

My 25+ years of somatic coaching experience affords me a depth of understanding of emotional/physical patterns that run in the different subtle bodies, as well as behaviorally.
I'm trained in Upledger CST, as well as other craniosacral modalities.
I've been a TA for Upledger for several years, and I love it!
Licensed LMT in both Oregon and Idaho.

Professional Associations / Memberships

I've been actively involved in working with Veterans, and well as offering free CST for precrawling infants and prenatal care for women.  I love to collaborate with other practitioners to educate and share this amazing body of work throughout Southern Oregon. I am a member of AMTA, The American Massage Therapy Association, my local Chamber of Commerce, an independent unnamed group of craniosacral therapists here in the valley where I live.
