About Me

As a professional musician, my career was saved from serious repetitive stress injury through my study of the Alexander Technique. Following a rigorous, three-year, 1600-hour training program, I was certified as an AT instructor in 2015. As I began my private practice, the well-organized course curriculum at the Upledger Institute has enabled me to refine my palpation skills, intensify my study of anatomy, and become connected to a caring, supportive community. My practice began with musicians, but now is general, with clients ranging from the age of 8 to 92,. Their issues range from general stress to arthritis, pain management, and migraine headaches.  Even as I expand my client base, I know I will continue what certainly will be a life-long study in the pursuit of personal wellness for me and my clients.
