About

Tasha was born and raised in Washington state and grew up predominately in Forks, WA. She has always had a love for horses and being outdoors and has been very active physically. She has a martial arts background with a second degree blackbelt in Taekwondo and continues to be active with her love of horses.

She has a heart to help others and has been on multiple medical missions teams training and treating locals in the regions, primarily in Central America. Having undergone multiple head traumas herself, and having had to rely on "out of the box" techniques such as those she now uses to treat others, she has a desire to help those for whom traditional means have no answers. Her father was Green Beret, Recondo in Vietnam so she specifically would like to help combat veterans who have difficulty with issues related to their service including but not limited to head injuries and PTSD. Her overall goal in life is to help as many people and animals as possible and to change the world one life at a time.

My Skills

Tasha earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2003 and treats a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, injury, chronic pain, trauma, MVA's as well as a host of other conditions.

She uses a combination of traditional Physical Therapy techniques as well as more holistic treatment methods.  Her integration of highly researched approaches includes the use of Visceral  Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Redox Signaling education, and the use of cold laser as she finds that these are extremely effective for treating the whole individual.

All of these techniques promote and accelerate the healing of tissues and use the body’s own ability to heal itself.  Her goal is to assist others to achieve optimum quality of life and to help them regain access to the activities, sports and recreational activities they enjoy. Ultimately, she works with individuals to reach their highest potential so that they can live the life they love.  By educating her clients and integrating multiple techniques and teaching her clients ways to maintain their health/healing, she finds that there is generally less overall treatment time and fewer returns to the clinician for further treatment.
