Massage and Craniosacral therapy are a second career for me – I’ve had a number of different jobs in my life. I’ve danced competitively and professionally, stood on my feet 8 hours a day as a cashier, waited tables, and worked at a desk. Along the way, I’ve always come back to an abiding interest in providing nurturing support for the people around me. Driven by intuition, I eventually found massage therapy and then Craniosacral therapy. And I knew the first time I laid hands on to provide treatment that I’d finally found my path!
Now, 22 years into full-time practice as a registered massage therapist, I’m still honoured and excited every day to be a part of my clients’ journey. Craniosacral and Massage therapy both are really forms of communication between body, mind and spirit. Touch connects us! And therapeutic touch gives a voice to our tensions, aches and pains. My job is to “listen” mindfully… and remind your body how to let go.

I trained in Remedial massage 22 years ago and ventured into Craniosacral therapy more than a decade ago and fell in love! It has truly become my passion!
Pediatric craniosacral with extra sessions for tongue ties is such a beautiful practice. I love working with the littles. They respond so quickly to treatment. Often 2-3 sessions is enough - sometimes we might need a few more, because every body is different.
I have also trained in Distance healing through Suzanne Scurlock in 2021 and have truly be enjoying adding that to my repertoire.
2022 I have added Visceral and Neural manipulation as well and what an amazing difference that brings to treatment!

My fees are:
Craniosacral sessions are $126 and range between 60 - 75 minutes
Pediatric craniosacral is $99.75 and ranges between 30-40 minutes
Massage therapy is $110.25 for 60 mins and $141.75 for 90 minutes.
Driving directions
I work inside the clinic of Gail H Therapy and Associates.
It is on the 2nd floor of the Emerald Hills Professional building. The 3 story professional building is located between Starbucks and The Italian Centre shop.
You can enter the building through the door beside the Pharmacy and use either stairs or an elevator to bring you to the second floor.
The complex is across the road from the Strathcona Community Hospital.
