Body Mechanics Massage Therapy has been serving the NJ/ NY residents for 30 years with office locations in Monmouth County, and more recently in New Brunswick, Edison and Metuchen area. The owner is Susan Ring, LMT and 200CYT. Each session with Susan is tailored for each individual and their needs. She uses her over 30 years of experience and education to help to relax and release the tensions in your mind and body. The belief that is followed in Body Mechanics Massage Therapy is that a healthy individual is in tune with their mind, body and soul.

When they are not connected or in tune with each other, there is disharmony. Individuals will feel out of control, stressed, achy and sick. Susan assists each of her clients in bringing back personal harmony within themselves, so they feel more in tune and healthy as a whole person.

My Skills

Susan is trained in over 21 different styles of Massage, Bodywork and Somatic Therapies. After your first Consultation Susan will educate you as to which therapies would better assist you in accomplishing your health goals.
