Susan McLaughlin

Physical Therapist

Susan McLaughlin is a physical therapist who helps people get out of pain and improve function, so they can live their life to the fullest.

Before starting her private practice, Align Integration & Movement, Susan worked 6 years at a skilled nursing facility and 4 years as a spine specialist at an orthopedic clinic. It was during her time in orthopedics that she took additional trainings to specialize in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. Understanding the complexities of the multi-systems involved with pelvic health, Susan began to dive deeper into the mind body connection, nervous system regulation, fascia, pain science and somatic practices to offer a more holistic toolbox for many of her patients with chronic pain.

Susan believes that when we provide the optimal environment for our body, we have the capacity to heal.

Susan brings this belief and a desire to become "who we truly are" into every session.
