My Skills
I have earned two post-graduate Fellowships. FAAOMPT, I am a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. I am also, FAFS, a Fellow in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute.
My approach is rooted in manual therapy and movement. I do not waste time using modalities but rather spend our time together providing the most value-producing hands-on bodywork and exercise instruction and performance.
