About Me
In 2024 I became CranioSacral Techniques certificated, I also have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006. In 2013, I was introduced to CranioSacral Therapy after my granddaughter was diagnosed with Torticollis, and Plagiocephaly. Her treatment plan was 30 minutes of CranioSacral Therapist once a week. After witnessing the astounding results, I was hooked. My new path began. I continue to expand my knowledge while embarking on new learning opportunities. I am very blessed to be currently working along side and being mentored by an exceptionally gifted Therapist, who introduced me to CranioSacral.I work with all ages, from new borns with birth trauma, latching problems, colic and a vast array of other issues, to adults and any problems that can be addressed with CranioSacral and or Massage.
. Expertise in CranioSacral Therapy
- Infant issues: For newborns, your skills can help address the after effects of birth trauma by releasing tensions in the head, neck, back and body. This can improve feeding issues like latching problems, and can also soothe symptoms of colic.
- Addressing the root cause: My training focuses on using light touch to release restrictions in the body's craniosacral system. This can alleviate a wide array of physical and neurological symptoms by influencing the delicate membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
- Gentle, non-invasive approach: The non-invasive nature of CranioSacral Therapy makes it a well-tolerated and gentle approach, especially for treating infants
