About Me

My work is rooted in the belief that the body thrives when structure, movement, and touch are approached with clarity and respect for how systems truly interact. I specialize in integrative manual therapy that blends CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, corrective movement, and biomechanical assessment to address both acute and long-standing patterns of pain, restriction, and compensation.

I began my career in movement education and Pilates-based rehabilitation, where I developed a strong foundation in functional anatomy, gait, and postural mechanics. Over time, this led me toward hands-on work that could more directly influence tissue tone, joint organization, and internal relationships between systems. My clinical approach has since evolved to emphasize precision, adaptability, and collaboration with each client’s nervous system rather than forceful correction.

In sessions, I often work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, connective tissue disorders, pelvic and spinal issues, and movement-related dysfunctions that have not resolved through exercise or conventional care alone. I am particularly interested in how visceral restrictions, fascial continuity, and joint mechanics influence overall alignment and efficiency of movement.

Rather than applying a fixed protocol, I assess how the body is organizing itself in real time—through palpation, movement observation, and response to touch—and adjust accordingly. My intention is to help the body reclaim options: more ease, more resilience, and more coherent movement patterns that clients can feel and integrate into daily life.

I maintain an ongoing commitment to continuing education and interdisciplinary learning, drawing from manual therapy, biomechanics, and restorative movement practices. My work is grounded, analytical, and intuitive in equal measure, with an emphasis on meeting each body where it is and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
