About Me

I am a teaching assistant with the Upledger Institute and owner of Hello Sunshine Healing in Plano, Texas. I have been practicing mind-body-spirit modalities since 2016 after my own journey of self-healing. I have a background in mindfulness practices, trauma-informed facilitator training, CranioSacral, massage therapy, and energy work. 

I work with adults experiencing chronic pain, and those struggling with issues related to neurodivergence, grief and loss, anxiety, and LGBTQA+ and women's health issues. 

I also support a local study group for Upledger CranioSacral Therapists in McKinney, TX that meets every 4th Thursday of the month, led by Martha Hamilton, PT, LMT, CST-T. 

My personal mission is to nuture my own potential and to empower others to bring their unique gifts into the world through connection, collaboration, safety, and support.

I am located at off West 15th Street. Near Coit Rd and across from Medical City Plano. My office is located in Building A (the first building you see when you turn into the parking lot).
