I have been a facilitator of healing since 1992 as a Shiatsu Therapist. As a Registered Massage Therapist since 2003 I have also offered Massage, Reiki (Reiki Master/Teacher), Shamanic Healing and Meditation Teaching. But nothing ‘Lights Me Up!!’ as much as working with Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release (SER) work!! This work has the capacity to hold space for deep healing of the body, mind and spirit through working with the deep fascia of the body, and allowing our body and innate inner knowing to guide the process.Â
