I moved into massage work to help people move out of places of pain and into physical wellness. When we can breathe and live well in our bodies, the world is a better place. My first career was as a hospice board-certified chaplain. A core element of chaplaincy is the art of listening well. I weave these skills into my approach as a massage and craniosacral therapist. I have been practicing CST since 2024. Â

My expertise includes myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching techniques, and regional tissue release. I have been incorporating Craniosacral Therapy into my sessions for the past two years (CST1 and CST2 completed).  Craniosacral Therapy is where my true passion lies as a practitioner.
