Flat rates per session. *payment is due at time of service. *Treatment plans discussed in detail, with customized packages offered at/by visit #4

FEES:

Initial: $350 (60mins) includes online intake form review. In-office Evaluation, Examination, Therapy and Home care instructions. *Posture Screen and Laser Foot Scan are customarily performed on the initial visit, as time and case permits.

Follow-up:

50min: $240 *most common

60min: $280 / 80min: $350 / 90min: $380

30min: $150* recommended after initial treatment plan is completed: inital care requires a full 50 minute session; 30 min sessions are most valuable in the “Wellness Care” phase.
