About Me
Hi, I'm Sara and I use she/they pronouns. Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, I graduated from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in 2003, passed the NCBTMB national boards immediately after and have been practicing since. It became clear very quickly that I best serve as a hands-on facilitator, and I can't imagine doing anything else.ÂI truly enjoy using a combination of therapies to help my clients gain strides towards total wellness, empowering them to connect with their own wisdom so they can move forward authentically and in connection with their lived experience.
My patient base is wide and includes everyone from athletes recovering from injuries, folks suffering from chronic pain, and the average Joe looking to maintain their body. I have special interests in Lyme disease/co-infections, pelvic health, the birth and death portal, spirituality, the healing power of sound/music, and how to transform trauma so we can live more fully.Â
If I'm unsure how to approach a situation, I have a large network that I am not afraid to use. I also enjoy working in tandem with other therapists when the opportunity arises.
My goal in every session is to allow you and your body to inform me what it requires to facilitate healing. My favorite clients are those who are interested and willing to take an active role in the process- whichever way the winds take us.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding the therapies I offer or the conditions I treat, are looking for self care tips or are curious to hear more of my story. Healing and living right here, right now is a journey, and I look forward to walking with you on yours.
