I have six years of experience as a
massage therapist. My style combines
flowing movement with specific clinical work to aid in the body’s natural
healing process. I use Swedish massage techniques, clinically based deep
tissue, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and stretching to calm,
reset and relax the body. I enjoy orthopedic massage and aiding in the body
recovery process, but also believe strongly in integrating massage regularly
into one’s wellness routine for nervous system reset, stress relief, and
reconnecting each client to their body and mind awareness.
By adjusting each massage to the
individual client, I will provide a very specific massage for your needs. I am
also a certified assisted lymphatic therapist. I have developed a huge passion
for this practice because I have seen it truly transform people’s lives. “In my
opinion, the lymphatic system is one of the most important and powerful systems
in the body because if it is not functioning properly, no other systems can
function at their highest capacity. Unfortunately, in traditional medicine, the
lymphatic system is often overlooked.”
