About Me

I am a Licenced Massage Therapist in practice for 29 years specializing in CranioSacral Therapy with a structural energetic emphasis.  My special interests are in helping out with musculo-skeletal, TMJ, facial and headache pain syndromes as well as supporting exploration of nonconscious holding patterns for those suffering with anxiety and depression.l I have combined a CST home office practice of 29 years with an association with Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health of 27years, where I have offered CST, Positional Therapy and Master Level Energy Therapy.  I am also certified as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and a graduate of the Pre, Peri and Birth Process Training with Myrna Martin and Ray Castellino.

My Skills

I employ light touch CST with a combination of structural techniques such as Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Strain- Counterstrain, Lymphatic Massage, Visceral Manipulation and Somato-Emotional Release and other dialoguing techniques for those ready to deepen into body-mind root causes of energy blocks and imbalances. I also offer instruction in Balancing Movement which enhances the body-mind's ability to self correct and improve health.
