Sally Hall

MT

Sally attended a rigorous 1500+ hour program at The Swedish Institute in New York City, concentrating on Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology and an understanding of the energetic body through Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Sally has been practicing massage professionally since 2014 in a variety of settings including spas, gyms and acupuncture wellness centers.  She enjoys helping clients ease away from pain and get back to their daily activities.  She is most excited by the brain/body connection as it presents itself in cranio-sacral work, intra-oral care, myofascial work and Neuromuscular Reprogramming.  She finds these modalities are less like a typical swedish massage but can be so relaxing and beneficial in bringing the body back to feeling painfree, centered and present.

With continued education and training in Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Scar Tissue Realignment and Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Sally has incorporated these modalities to help clients with a large variety of conditions such as post-surgery rehabilitation, chronic pain, vertigo, pre-and peri-natal care, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash and scoliosis.

During each session, Sally uses her intuitive listening skills to find the core areas of energetic and physical dysfunction.  She eases and unwinds the body to return it to homeostasis within the limits of the client's comfort. She finds this is done most effectively when the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the client is relaxed.
