About Me
In 2013 an Army move brought my family back to Leavenworth, Kansas a second time. I am quite glad to be a part of the community, it is rare in the military to move to 150 friends. Leavenworth was that for us.Yoga Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist, Internationally Certified Reflexologist, Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Naturopath are some of my jobs at Elemental Wellness Spa. I am focused on my health and the health of those around me. Working a short drive from home has given me back the gift of time. I value my work with clients at the spa and balance work life with education and training. CranioSacral Therapy enabled me to re-gain my mom knowing me. She hadn't spoken my name due to Alzheimer's, in so long that when she called me by my name, I needed some time to breathe and take it in. It is a very long story.
Each muscle, each fascial strand, every cell of us adds to our story. Part of my story is that I am a massage therapist and I work holistically to help facilitate the self healing mechanisms of the body.
