About Me

 I grew up in Poulsbo, Washington and received my undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in Psychology. I went on to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stonybrook University in Long Island New York where I graduated with honors and awarded Distinguished Student and Clinical Excellence distinctions.

My Skills

I am a Physical Therapist focusing on modalities including Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, myofascial release, soft tissue and joint mobilizations, manual lymphatic drainage as well as strengthening, stretching, and postural education. I work on issues including neck pain, back pain, shoulder dysfunction, TMD, headache, concussion, nerve injuries, vestibular dysfunction and pelvic dysfunction. I am also passionate about empathetic and trauma informed communication through the modalities of Non-Violent Communication founded by Marshall Rosenberg and Resonant Language founded by Sarah Peyton.
