My core practice is to listen deeply to the intelligence of the body and life. I live in service to my community as a bodyworker, somatic guide, and perinatal doula. Since 2014, I have devoted myself to studying plant medicine, embodied movement, massage therapy, somatic therapy, and birthwork. I weave together my intuitive touch and extensive knowledge to create a unique and individualized healing experience. My intention is to be of service in healing our relationship with ourselves and with nature.
