About Me
I am a Certified Rolfer® and Licensed Massage Therapist based in Farmington, Michigan. My work focuses on Rolfing Structural Integration—helping clients relieve pain, restore movement, and develop a greater sense of ease in their bodies.
Rather than chasing symptoms, I take a whole-body approach to address the underlying patterns that contribute to tension and discomfort. My goal is to support long-term adaptability and efficient movement, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or looking to improve overall function.

My Skills
I specialize in Rolfing® Structural Integration, a system of manual therapy focused on improving movement efficiency, reducing strain patterns, and fostering greater ease in the body. My approach is informed by a deep understanding of fascial organization and the adaptability of the nervous system.
In addition to Rolfing®, I have training in Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release, as well as Foundation Training, a movement-based system designed to reinforce postural support and functional strength. I also incorporate principles of Dermoneuromodulation (DNM), a gentle approach that engages the nervous system through skin contact to help relieve nerves and restore ease.
Each session is tailored to the individual, emphasizing long-term improvements in movement and comfort. See all of my services offered.
