About Me

Robyn Opacity, LMT, CST specializes in Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy and other gentle and effective fascial and myofascial modalities that help to restore human bodies of all ages to optimal health.  

Our bodies are self-healing, but that process can break down due to stress, trauma, injury and or/surgeries.  It is critical that the right intervention for each body be used to move the entire person back to a state of health.  Deep, painful, and aggressive techniques used by a lot of traditional manual therapies are not always effective at helping the body.

The primary focus of Robyn's practice is customizing treatment for each individual, as well as assisting with overall wellness.  Every body is different and has something unique to say.  Listening to your body is always the highest intention.  All of the techniques she uses work with your body, rather than against it.  

She considers it a gift to be able to help others feel better.
