After earning my B.A.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado, I began an immersive training in Gestalt Psychology. During this time, I became aware of the inseparable connection between our body and our mind. This inspired me to start exploring somatically-oriented healing modalities, which led me to discover Craniosacral Therapy. I began my training in CST with the Upledger Institute in 2015, and immediately started working towards a massage license so I could practice this amazing work.
