About Me

While working to alleviate the effects of a severe head trauma I suffered, I learned the value of subtle tissue manipulation. At the Upledger and Barral Institutes, I studied Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. Within these modalities, I begin by listening to the body for the area of highest tension, and I go from there. I learned how to use various techniques to restore balance for a more optimal function of vital organs and tissues of the body. While in massage school, I learned Swedish and deep tissue massage and how powerful touch itself can be. I aim to integrate these techniques to offer clients a treatment tailored to serve their highest sense of well-being. I am passionate about what I do and I am always learning and refining.
