My skills

I am a certified massage practitioner since 1995 with a focus in lomilomi massage. I also am a trained Reiki Master, have studied Jin Shin Jyutsu, and am an advanced Attunement practitioner. I began my Craniosacral training with Upledger in 2018 after receiving the work for more than 20 years, and it has become an important part of my practice. I offer sessions that integrate any or all of these modalities depending on need or want. 

It is powerful work to be present and open to the body's quest for self healing!
