Rebecca M. Ridge PhD, TEP, (trainer, educator, practitioner) of psychodrama, group psychotherapy and sociometry), registered health psychologist, licensed massage therapist is an integrative body- mind therapist, combining psychotherapy, psychodrama with CranioSacral Therapy and various other somatic therapies in her practice. She has been an instructor with The Upledger Institute since 1996 in SomatoEmotional Release.

In 2007, Rebecca completed her doctorate in Philosophy and Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology and a specialization in Psychodrama and Somatic therapies. Her textbook, The Body Alchemy of Psychodrama" published in 2009 is available on her website. Body Alchemy weaves together CranioSacral Therapy and the somatic therapies of yoga, shiatsu, body-mind-centering with psychodrama and group psychotherapy. She has created a new course for IAHE, Body Alchemy of Relational Neuroscience, Healing for Trauma, Abuse and Neglect ( BARN 1 and 2). This is a 3 day advanced course for practitioners to refine their relational and clinical skills when working with clients who've experienced trauma, abuse and /or neglect. Rebecca has a private practice in Sydney, Australia and in Oak Grove ( Anoka), Minnesota. She also trains professionals in psychodrama, group psychotherapy and sociometry, and facilitates groups for survivors of abuse and trauma in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Rebecca also has a clinic for families with children on the autistic spectrum in Hong Kong.
