About Me
Thank you for your interest in an Integrated Therapeutic Approach. I have truly enjoyed my professional transformation over the last 25 years.
I am Rebecca Johnson, a board-certified Physical Therapist who specializes in the integration of Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Neuromeningeal Manipulation Therapy, Visceral-Vascular Manipulation Therapy, Functional Manual Therapy, and Life Coaching.
Over the years, I have been in the front row watching the art of therapeutic integration create a new standard of practice for my clients and myself. It is a masterful blend between my client’s own intellect, their cellular intelligence and my continuing education journey. During each session, you will always hear, “we are gathering all the information from the three of us: your journey, my multi-sensory intake and what your body is eager to show us.” I like to synonymously refer to an Integrated Manual Therapist, as a Multi-Sensory Therapist. Both describe the ability to fill our senses from multiple resources as we are guided to understand our client’s history and create a new standard of practice for ourselves and our clients.
I encourage my client to notice what I notice, feel what I feel and understand the source of their restrictions for a greater and longer-lasting result. My clients are guided through a 7-step Model to become the hero in their own healing journey. The Model facilitates a release in their restrictions and empowers them to transform emotions, thought processes and/or movement patterns into the highest and best version of themselves.
Most recently, I have created the Integrated Therapy Institute, LLC. It is an elite mentorship program for fellow physical therapists bringing intuition into practice. When you have mastered evidence-based practice, let's integrate intuition with scientific precision. I am a clinical mentor for therapists who know they are missing something and wonder how to seamlessly integrated CEUs with intuition. The mentorship community is absolutely a resource I wish I had when I found myself limited, trying to level up my skills and make professional development a priority.
The Integrated Therapy Institute helps therapists integrate their own gifts and experiences along with the knowledge gained from their certifications and continuing education courses. You can find me on:

Testimonies:
I'm so grateful to have found Rebecca as she has completely changed the way I approach my body and how it functions. I continue to learn more about my body and my mind-body connection each time I see her. Her care has truly been a game-changer in my life. Beth P.
Instead of suppressing my emotions and letting my body manifest them as my “bad back” that can’t be helped, I’m learning to continuously uncover whatever event, person or environment triggers that familiar pain pattern. It's incredible to realize that my mind holds the power to release tension and dissolve pain. I am so grateful to have Rebecca’s integrated approach and gentle guidance as I improve my skills of awareness and self-healing. -Mary K.
The experience has been physical, mental, emotional and spiritual for me. Your integrated approach has taught me how the mind and body are connected. This has been a major mental leap knowing so much of the power is inside me. Also, the spiritual experience has been a key component. It is spiritual because you have been given a special gift from God and I am so fortunate to be on the receiving end of your gift. I am so grateful and humble to be given this gift. -Linda C.
Rebecca is an intuitive, heart-centered, results oriented life coach. She bowled me over with her pin-point laser coaching and her ability to help me quickly determine the strategy for moving into my vision and growth! I was sitting on a business idea I had for almost a year because I didn’t know how to get started. I was able to organize my thoughts and set small achievable goals each session to get me out of my own way. I was able to achieve the focus, clarity, freedom and fun that I have been searching for in several aspects of my life. -Kari S.
It took an integrated physical therapist to make me well. I had hurt my right foot and went to traditional PT where I was being treated for plantar fasciitis. After 3 sessions of feeling worse, I decided to see an Integrated PT. Rebecca is very knowledgeable in many amazing therapies. It’s awesome how she uses Listening Techniques to determine where the body needs help and in what order, and this insight works tremendously! She worked on other parts of my body that needed help too and taught me how my thoughts can affect my pain. I wish more physical therapists knew of these remarkable therapy techniques which Rebecca knows very well. -Marina A
