I began my journey with Craniosacral Therapy as a client in 2022. I experienced such profound healing, I decided to go to massage school so that I could study CST and help others experience the same deep sense of relief.

I recently moved to Florida, where I am practicing out of Elevated Wellness Massage and Spa in Largo.

I enjoy helping clients with issues such as chronic back pain, TMJD, headaches, digestive issues, and more. I believe our body holds incredible wisdom and it is simply my job to listen (and hopefully teach you to do the same).
