I began my journey as a bodyworker at the age of eleven when I helped my mother with her chronic pain using what I later learned was trigger point therapy and acupressure. I worked casually on friends and family for a couple of decades, and after graduating from massage school in 2013, I discovered craniosacral therapy. I have been practicing CST since 2015 and am continually amazed at the dramatic results. In my practice, I use a combination of Eastern and Western massage techniques along with craniosacral therapy and myofascial release in order to achieve lasting results for my clients.

I have office hours Monday-Saturday from noon until 7 pm.. I charge $45 for 30 minutes, $90 for an hour, and $120 for a ninety minute session.Available for patients:

My skills
I graduated from East West Healing Arts Academy in 2013 with 800 hours in Eastern and Western massage techniques including extensive training in acupressure and cupping. I have taken CST 1, 2, SER 1, 2, and The Brain Seals and continue to attend CST study groups. I have also attended the following John Barnes myofascial release seminars: MFR 1, 2, Unwinding, and Cervical-Thoracic. I have over 30 years of experience in healing modalities and am passionate about furthering my education and the education of my clients so that they can live pain free, fulfilling lives.
