As a Preventive Medicine Physician, I believe that true health involves more than simply addressing symptoms. I take a whole-person approach that considers the body, mind, and emotional well-being, supporting each individual's natural capacity for healing and self-regulation.

My primary focus is CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release, gentle yet powerful approaches that help optimize nervous system function, improve resilience to stress, restore balance within the body, and release patterns of tension that may be held in the tissues.

To support this work, I also integrate Visceral Manipulation, Neuromeningeal Manipulation, and Vagus Nerve regulation techniques. These therapies help address restrictions affecting the organs, connective tissues, nerves, spine, and dural system, allowing the body to function with greater ease and efficiency.

By combining my medical training with advanced manual therapies, I help create a safe and supportive environment where lasting change can occur, promoting greater vitality, resilience, and overall wellness.
