About Me

In my work, I combine the knowledge from neuroscience, social work, psychology and integrative medicine. I use an integrated individual approach including touch, various  somatic and sensory therapies, interventions. My goal is to support, strengthen an individual, group or organization in its development or reduce stress, increase the quality of work and personal life. By releasing various dysfunctional patterns, revealing new way of being, we will create social and personal well-being.

My Skills

In 2011 graduated  at St. Elizabeth University College of Health and Social Science, Bratislava, Slovak Republic  as a social worker (master´s degree), in 2022 as a physiotherapist (bachalor´s degree). 2002 – 2006   Training in Concentrative-Movement Therapy. 2007  Psychotraumatology. 2011 Psychotherapy focused on the body.  2015 – 2017 Institute of Aromatherapy Prague.  2017 Fascial Fitness. 2020 Anatomy Trains part II. License for Lymphatic drainage, Bowen, Sport massage. Private praxis since 2003.
