At my centre I work mainly using a combination of (John Upledger)CranioSacral (CST), SamatoEmotional Release (SER) (Aminah Raheem)Process Acupressure (PA), Basic Acupressure (BA) Visceral manipulation, Neural Manipulation, New Manual Articular Approach (JP Barral), Reflexology, Kinesiology and Remedial sports massage.

Although my first training involved dealing with sports injuries. I find myself using all of the following combination of CST,SER, BA / PA, ZB, Remedial sport massage, Reflexology,Visceral,Neural, new Manual Articular Approach techniques as one which gives my patient the best results, I call this Kernowyon for One and All therapy used for humans horses, dogs and most animals.

Presently doing certification in Zero Balancing (ZB)after studing and practising at Soul Vision with Fritz Smith & Aminah Raheem in Borrego Springs.

I have had many therapists treat my various injuries over the years, from many modalities especially in the later years while doing my training as well. My involvement in many different sports at International level over period of 25 years including Judo national champion,Rugby played for St Ives and 2 years for Exeter Chiefs reached county and divisional levels,Pro Wrestler,International Strongman and Powerlifting, 9 times World Superheavy weight powerlifting Champion, multi world record holder. Over the years I have always sought to learn more from the many different therapist who have treated my injuries, this led me into the healing profession.

What is CranioSacral Therapy and how is it administered?

The therapy is performed on a person fully clothed. Using a light touch the therapist monitors the rhythm of the craniosacral system to detect potential restictions and imbalances.The therapist then uses delicate techniques to release those problem areas and relieve any undue pressure on brain, spinal cord and Nuaral Systems

A treatment session is around 1 hour and the result is a more balanced Motor and Sensory nervous system free of restrictions. CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle non invasive method of detection and correction designed to encourage the patient's own natural healing mechanisms and dissipate nagative effects of stress on the central nervous system.

Process Acupressure

In acupressure, finger pressure is used to stimulate acupoints (the same as those used in acupunture) on the body's surface. Pressure on specific combinations of acupoints helps open and balance energy pathways that have been restricted. This helps alleviate pain and variuos dysfunctions, thus bringing harmony and function into all the other systems.

Process acupressure is based on the idea that the body, mind and soul are fundamentally linked and that the state of one has an effect on all others.

PA uses ancient knowledge honered to a fine art 3,000 years ago in China and India which has been used as a health reference ever since and now combined with contemporary psychospiritual understanding to promote health and self responsibility for wellbeing.

New Manual Articular Approach

It integrates all aspects of joint including the nerve, artery, bone, capsule, and ligaments, as well as visceral and emotional connections.

I use many other skills learned from some 100 plus courses over the years as one, working with the whole body on all 9 levels such as Physical, Emotional, Visceral, Nueral, Soul, to name but a few, embrace, embody and empower the client re-balancing principle to help create harmony within for the client.
