I grew up in the San Francisco bay area and at 22, after finishing High School and some Junior College, I decided to travel and landed in Berlin, Germany. In Berlin, I spent my time there working as an artist, musician, massage therapist, and acupuncturist. In 2009, I completed a 3 year program for holistic medicine, mainly in the areas of acupuncture, medicinal herbs, and massage and bodywork modalities. On April 18th, 2011, I became a German Nationally Certified Naturopathic Practitioner("Heilpraktiker" ).
My focus for massage therapy is help my client let go of what they don't need anymore, that may be causing them pain or discomfort or nourish areas of the body which may be weak. Effectively, to restore any imbalances in the body and help people create new patterns in their lives that promote physical, emotional, and mental well being.
After 14 years of being in Germany (1999-2012), I felt it time to move back to the USA and moved to Eugene, OR (since August, 2013). In Eugene, I finished the necessary 500hrs of educational hours for my Oregon massage license at Lane Community College.
On May 6th, 2015, I passed my practical exam for the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy and received my license to practice massage therapy. I also offer massage therapy classes privately and through Lane Community Collage Continuing Education program.
