About

I specialize in manual therapy, taking people's pain away and helping them to achieve their highest functional potential. I utilize manual therapy, physical therapy and massage therapy in my private practice. I take great pride in developing an individualized program for each client, giving them the exercises and techniques they need to do more, with less pain.

I graduated in 1985 from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor's Science in Physical Therapy.  I then received my Master's of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 1994.  In 1999, I became a certified massage therapist upon attending Flint School of Therapeutic Massage.

My Skills

My skill set includes craniosacral therapy, unwinding meridians, myofascial release, unwinding, rebounding, muscle energy, strain-counterstrain, deep tissue release and chakra balancing. I also educate others on pain management and stress reduction.
