About Me

Hello Everyone,

I have had many different chapters in my life. Some experiences were cancer, personal bankruptcy, multiple severe physical, emotional, and psychological traumas. I am familiar with some of the dark places that life holds and am proof that it is possible to overcome some seemingly impossible issues. This journey led me to a passion for self realization and I became a facilitator for healing. I am grateful to be able to share my life experiences as a therapist and having lived through and survived many obstacles has given me a perspective to relate to and understand different aspects of trauma. I consider empathy a gift to me and my patients.

I am an Diplomate Certified Advanced CranioSacral Therapist currently apprenticing to become a Certified Instructor for the Upledger Institute. I have participated through Advanced 3 and am a preceptor at the Advanced level, an Upledger Speaker, and UI approved CST Study Group Leader, Upledger International Teaching Assistant and a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner(DOMP). I provide comprehensive professional personalized care to babies, children, adolescents, adults and the elderly.
