- I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Arizona and I'm a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.
- My professional skills include Kinesiology, Physiology, Thai and Swedish Massage, Craniosacral, Polarity, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Pathology, as well as Connective, Deep and Soft Tissue. I also have my Medical Massage Certification. I provide a Custom Therapeutic Massage to reduce stress, help heal muscle tissue, and create a deep state of relaxation. At the beginning of each session, I communicate with my client to identify specific needs and goals. Using Therapeutic Techniques, I provide a unique massage specific to each client and I integrate CranioSacral as well. I have a passion for health and wellness. It is my goal to help my clients find a state of well-being through reducing stress, creating relaxation, eliminating chronic pain, and increasing flexibility.
