My work in Craniosacral Therapy is rooted in a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence and its capacity to move toward greater balance, ease, and restoration.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist in Arizona and a practitioner trained through the Upledger Institute, I approach each session with presence, sensitivity, and careful attention to the individual. Rather than following a predetermined routine, I listen through touch and respond to the subtle qualities of the body, creating space for profound relaxation and therapeutic change.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms and patterns. Through light, precise contact, the intention is to encourage relaxation, release restrictions, and support a greater sense of integration within the body and nervous system.
My professional journey includes extensive training in therapeutic bodywork, including Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and SomatoEmotional Release. The Upledger Institute recognizes me as an IAHE Teaching Assistant, reflecting my continued commitment to education and the practice of Craniosacral Therapy.
For me, this work is not simply about technique. It is about creating a quiet, supportive environment in which you can slow down, become deeply present, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session is an individualized experience—subtle, intentional, and guided by what your body is communicating in the moment.
