My journey with craniosacral therapy began not as a therapist, but as a client.

After two weeks of severe pain that left me unable to walk, and only short-term relief from medication, I was referred to a craniosacral therapist by my yoga teacher.

In just one session, my pain resolved completely — and it never returned.

That experience changed my life.

Two months later I enrolled at the Upledger Institute, and within four months I was already seeing my first clients as a therapist.

Before becoming a bodyworker, I spent over 10 years working in the pharmaceutical industry as a chemical technologist.

That background gave me a deep understanding of how symptoms become chronic — and why medication alone rarely addresses the root cause.

Today, I help adults, mothers after childbirth, and children — including newborns — find relief from pain, stress, and nervous system overwhelm.

My work is gentle, precise, and deeply respectful of the body’s intelligence.

Rather than “fixing” symptoms, I help the nervous system settle, release long-held tension, and restore the conditions for natural healing.

Each session is personal, thoughtful, and guided by careful listening to your body and your story.
