I am an Occupational Therapist, Bowen Therapist, and Emmett Technique Practitioner with a private practice in Bellevue, WA. I am passionate about helping clients improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance overall function through gentle, neurophysiologically informed approaches. I have a deep interest in the role of sensory receptors, fascia, skin, alignment, posture and dural restrictions in human movement and wellbeing. I am committed to ongoing learning and regularly integrate insights from a variety of manual therapy and movement-based disciplines into my clinical practice.
