Hi!! I am a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive continuing education in pelvic floor therapy, visceral mobilization and craniosacral therapy. I am passionate about getting to the deeper causes of dysfunction and restoring optimal health to everyone I treat. Although my physical therapy education was the perfect start to my career, I have since learned that many dysfunctions have roots in the deeper structures of the body, not only the muscles, tendons or bones. Our human bodies are incredible things. As we live our lives, our bodies are constantly adapting to our environment, our food, our movement, our emotions... Literally everything! Sometimes, our bodies have dealt with too much, or it struggles handling a current situation. That is where I come in. Together, we can help your body deal with its current situations as well as help it resolve any issues.
