My name in Nicole OHair. I have been a physical therapist for over 29 years. In that time I have had experience in nearly all disciplines in my field and I have taken countless continuing education courses to enhance my skill level. Visceral Manipulation, above all, has had the most profound impact in my approach to helping others. It requires continuous learning, practice and patience on a daily basis. I love that! To be able to incorporate this level of expertise in my practice is invaluable.
My purpose as a Physical Therapist is to listen to you and your body to assist in your healing. As individuals, we all vary in how we live with dysfunction, pain or illness. My goal is to help your body heal itself and to teach strategies that will allow you to better adapt to the challenges unique to you. I want to increase the quality of your every day.
