About Me

Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the office of a Naturopathic Physician, where I enjoyed learning about safe and natural methods to care for our health. My work experience includes therapeutic massage and stretching in chiropractic offices and working at Seasons Salon and Spa in Lexington, KY as head spa massage therapist. I enjoy drawing on my experience and training to tailor my Therapeutic Bodywork sessions to achieve my client's goals- to relax and reduce tension, increase physical function and mobility, improve their overall health and reduce pain.

My Skills

I am a 2003 graduate of the Bluegrass Professional School of Massage Therapy in Lexington, KY. I have received additional training in CranioSacral Therapy, aromatherapy, chair massage, Thai massage, deep tissue techniques, massage cupping, Bamboo Fusion, IASTM, Sports massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). Natasha is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Kentucky and she is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
