Natania Goldberg
Certified Rolfer®, State Certified Massage Therapist
About Me
A Certified Rolfer® and manual therapist with more than 30 years of experience in health, fitness, and bodywork, Natania is known for integrating hands-on therapy, movement education, and whole-person wellness to help the body return to more efficient function and balance. From the East Coast to the West Coast, she has helped thousands of clients—from everyday movers, busy professionals, and parents to collegiate and professional athletes, olympians and performers—reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term health and resilience.
Recognizing that persistent pain is often multifactorial, Natania draws on her background in fitness, recovery, and wellness coaching to help clients better understand the factors influencing how they move, feel, and function.
She has served as a manual therapist for UCLA Women’s Athletic teams and professional athletes, including those in the NFL, and her work has been featured in PopSugar and SELF. Her training includes certification through the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with ongoing advanced studies in Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute and continuing education in osteopathic-based manual therapy. Drawing from a diverse background, she brings a personalized and collaborative approach to each client’s health and wellness journey.
