I am a qualified CranioSacral Therapist and Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

Having successfully completed her CranioSacral Therapy Techniques examination, I offer gentle, whole-person support for clients experiencing pain, tension, stress and nervous system overwhelm.

My approach recognises that the body often holds the effects of physical strain, emotional stress, injury and prolonged pressure. Through light-touch CranioSacral Therapy, I work with the body’s natural rhythms to encourage relaxation, release restrictions and support the body’s own healing processes.

I works with adults and children and supports a wide range of concerns, including:

• Headaches and migraines
• Jaw tension and TMJ discomfort
• Neck, shoulder and back pain
• Stress, anxiety and nervous system dysregulation
• Sleep difficulties
• Persistent tension and pain
• Recovery following injury or periods of prolonged stress
• General wellbeing and preventative self-care

Each session is tailored to the individual, creating a calm, supportive and confidential space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies and feel heard.

Alongside CranioSacral Therapy, I draw upon my extensive experience in clinical massage, oncology massage, pregnancy massage, Reiki and emotional wellbeing support when appropriate.

My intention is to help clients feel safer, more comfortable and more connected within themselves, offering a bespoke pathway towards improved wellbeing, resilience and vitality.

6 week - Reset, Restore and Reconnect Signature Pathway - £890

All new clients will have a full consultation prior to hands-on treatment hence the session is 90 min. 

All other sessions include a follow-up consultation and aftercare.

What drives me is a genuine desire to help people feel more at ease within their bodies and more connected to themselves. 

I am deeply motivated by seeing how gentle, supportive therapy can help someone move away from pain, tension, overwhelm or simply feeling disconnected, and towards greater comfort, calm and vitality. 

I believe every person deserves to feel heard, supported and treated as an individual, which is why I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to my work. CranioSacral Therapy allows me to work in a way that feels both intuitive and grounded, supporting the body’s natural ability to settle, rebalance and heal.
