Hello! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), trained via the Upledger Institute International, with over 18 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. I joined the team at the Pennsylvania Tongue-Tie Center in 2018 to help provide holistic, comprehensive care for people of all ages with oral restrictions. I am also trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), otherwise known as the Gillespie Approach, and other gentle manual therapy techniques to address a wide range of symptoms and conditions.

In 2013 I earned a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling, which has informed my bodywork practice by highlighting the profound connection between physical health and psychological wellness, particularly the psycho-emotional benefits of intentional, attentive therapeutic touch.

As a longtime student and practitioner of yoga, mindful movement and breathwork have been integral to my personal well-being. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 to be better able to share these ancient practices with others along my way. Around the same time, I went through therapy and surgical treatment for my own tongue-tie and found that yoga was a key part of my rehabilitation because it cultivates body awareness and strength to improve posture after a lifetime of compensation and dysfunction. As a result, I offer individualized private yoga instruction to support your goals.
