Hi! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy (CST), trained via the Upledger Insitute, with over 17 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. I joined the team at the Pennsylvania Tongue-Tie Center in 2018 to help provide comprehensive care for people of all ages with oral restrictions. I am also trained in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), otherwise known as the Gillespie Approach, and other gentle manual therapy techniques.

I have a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling with professional experience working with children and adults in this area, which has informed my bodywork practice by highlighting the profound connection between physical health and psychological wellness, particularly the psycho-emotional benefits of gentle therapeutic touch.

Common pediatric issues that bodywork can help with include body tension and asymmetries such as torticollis, sleeping difficulties, GI discomfort (colic, gas, reflux, constipation), learning differences, and more. I also provide focused treatment for TMJ dysfunction, stress/anxiety and depression, chronic pain, and a wide range of other symptoms affecting all ages.
