I believe in the healing power of the body/mind. I love the way the CranioSacral Therapy (CST) connects with the client's inner wisdom. I act as a facilitator and follow what the body presents, to help Your Body come back to its own homeostasis. What I love the most about this work is that it is process-oriented (instead of facilitator directed). I appreciate the gentle, honoring way it allows me to connect with what Your Body needs.


I received my first CranioSacral Therapy (CST) treatment when I was 24 years old.  The practitioner worked inside my mouth, and I felt as if my face got physically wider!  When I became a Massage Therapist I started studying CST, in 2008. My passion for knowledge has led me to SomatoEmotional Release, and Visceral Manipulation.  My work is Trauma Informed, and incorporates the the foundations of CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, and Somatic Experiencing foundations from Healing from the Core.


I love helping people feel better.  The work I offer is an excellent way to release trauma from the tissue, without reactivating trauma.  I offer Somatic Healing Experiences through 1:1 CST seeeions on the Central Oregon Coast, or online with Distance Healing Sessions, and Transformational Coaching. 


I also offer wholistic wellness solutions for better cellular health, and improved circulation.  When our cells are functioning well, our bodys function better--this is the foundation for healthy aging and longevity.

Located in the North end of Depoe Bay, right on the strip, on the East side of the Highway.
My studio is at Kneading to Unwind, Suite B.
It is the blue building with the white pillars.  
We are across from the spouting whale sculpture.

Park along the highway, or in the small lot up the hill, off Bradford Street.  

Please do not park directly behind the building--those spots are for the Air BnB customers, continue between the hedges to the paved lot in front of the cottage.
