Mollie Day

About

With a desire to deepen her understanding of disease and holistic healing Mollie began studying Ashtanga yoga, meditation and manual therapy in the early 1990’s. She became a licensed LMT in 1994 (Blue Cliff School of Massage, New Orleans). She completed her BA in 1996 with emphasis on Medical Anthropology (Sarah Lawrence College, NY). She became a Certified Rolfer in 2000 and an Advanced Certified Rolfer in 2011 (Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, Boulder CO). She received her DOMTP (Diplomat in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory and Practice) in 2017 (Ontario College of Osteopathy, Canada).  Her studies with CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, and spinal mechanics began in 1995 — and continue to this day — with the Upledger and Barral Institutes (Palm Beach Gardens, FL). She is the mother of two grown and thriving sons! 

My Skills

Mollie Day’s practice includes applications of Rolfing, CranioSacral Therapy,  Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation and spinal mechanics.
