Hello and Welcome! My mission is to help you integrate body, mind and spirit through movement, touch and sound. My intent is to care for you as a whole being, facilitating peace, ease and wellbeing by blending healing modalities that I have studied over 20 years. I believe that you have an innate healing force that, with guidance and support, can heal pain, disease, emotional trauma and even spiritual crises. The therapies that I use work on this premise of self healing energies within which include: Physical Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Resonant Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Yoga Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. When you are in the flow of life, your body functions well, you heal from disease and injury, you move through life crises and grow personally and spiritually. Occasionally, people get stuck and acute conditions become chronic. Barriers to healing can come in the form of physical restrictions, abnormal muscular patterns, emotional blockages and erroneous beliefs. Our work together will help increase self awareness of your issues that limit growth and healing. Once we have identified your impediments to living life with ease and freedom, we can work to support your inner healing forces to bring you back to a state of well being.
