Greetings ~*~

I would love to help you realize your natural state of ease, integration, and being - in body, mind, heart and soul...

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in holistic, body-centered approaches to therapy, including CranioSacral Therapy, Gestalt Practice, Somatic EMDR, NeuroAffective Touch, Open Floor Therapy-in-Motion, ritual and nature connection. I help people in and through their troubles, transitions and traumas - finding more safety, support, ease, joy, wholeness and aliveness in their moments. Prior to becoming licensed as a therapist, I supported the dying and their families for more than seven years as a hospice social worker/counselor.

Please connect with me if my approach feels like a good fit for you and your needs.
