About Me

I am a board certified women’s health physical therapist and certified pelvic rehabilitation practitioner.

My mission is life is to bring alternative and holistic care to help women who are struggling with infertility or preparing for conception by facilitating an optimal pelvic environment for healthy pregnancy.

I strongly believe in preventive medicine and provide a must needed service for postpartum care, treating perineal and c-section scarring, pelvic pain and pain with intercourse. As well as, addressing incontinence, organ prolapse and pelvic floor tightness or weakness.

In physical therapy practice for over 15 years, I graduated with a B.S (Hons) Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, Ireland in 2001 and moved to the United States from Ireland in 2003.

I’ve been extremely fortunate to have gained extensive clinical experience treating lumbopelvic-hip dysfunctions. This journey began studying with world renowned physiotherapist Diane Lee in 2005, and then my manual therapy skills evolved when I started to integrate Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation and Craniosacral Therapy from both the Barral and Upledger Institutes.

Studying with Holly Herman in 2010 inspired me to follow the path into women’s health and now I have found my passion, using highly sophisticated and integrative manual therapy approaches that can lead to transformative results.

I am also a teaching assistant for the Barral Institute visceral manipulation classes and attend multiple professional workshops yearly, studying with the pioneers in the field and brining the most up-to-date treatment modalities to help improve my patient’s health.
